Well, boo to that Planned Parenthood staff member. There are birth control methods that do not require pills or any evidence left behind for a partner. Depo Provera requires one injection every 3 months, and IUDS are typically not detectable by a partner and effective for years. You’d think they’d maybe talk to her about that after the third or fourth abortion? I mean, I stand with Planned Parenthood and all, and I take advantage of their services, but the internet is kind of full of bullshit Planned Parenthood stories lately and it’s bugging me. If the doctors at Planned Parenthood let this woman have 15 abortions without offering her a less expensive and traumatic birth control method that could not be detected by her partner, shame on them.
